Deposit

Your order for a custom leather belt will be confirmed by email and secures your place in our production queue. This deposit holds your spot, and the final price will be determined based on the finalized design details.  Most orders will be shipped within 8 to 12 weeks.  If you wish not to order a custom belt, your deposit will be refunded.

Have a name, a brand or a design in mind? We'll build a 1.5" belt around it, in the same 11-12 oz full-grain leather as the rest of our line, made by hand in Texas.

How it works

  1. Place your deposit to hold your spot in our production queue.
  2. Tell us what you want in the Additional Requests box. We confirm the details with you by email.
  3. We quote the final price from the finished design, then build your belt.

Names, initials, ranch brands, patterns and stitching are all on the table. If you can describe it, ask us.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our belts are handmade in Texas. Each piece is crafted one at a time using high-quality full-grain leather, ensuring durability, character, and a personal touch you won’t find in mass-produced goods.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the Lower 48 States.

For orders outside the Lower 48, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

No surprises—shipping costs are always shown before you complete your purchase.
When will I get my order?

Standard Belts typically ship within 5 days.

Belts with designs (basketweave, diamonds, floral, etc) typically ship within 15 days.

Custom belts will be quoted as part of the process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?

Because each belt is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a mistake on our end—wrong size, color, or defect—we’ll make it right.

Our promise: If we made an error, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
